Commission Terms & Conditions
Commission Scope
- This service covers Live2D rigging only. Illustration work is not included. If you require a complete illustration-to-model package, I can recommend partnered artists.
Required Files
- Please provide a fully layered PSD file prepared specifically for Live2D rigging. Layer separation services are available for an additional fee if needed.- If needed, I can review the file to check whether the layer separation is suitable for modeling and provide suggestions for adjustments. When necessary, I may also communicate directly with the illustrator regarding required fixes or layer separation improvements.- The submitted PSD should be considered final. Significant illustration edits during or after the rigging process may require additional fees, extended production time, or may not be possible depending on the stage of completion.
Illustration Quality
- The client is responsible for the quality and readiness of the artwork provided. Minor adjustments and corrections may be possible during rigging, but extensive illustration fixes or redraws are not included in the service.- The submitted PSD should be considered final. Significant illustration edits during or after the rigging process may require additional fees, extended production time, or may not be possible depending on the stage of completion.
AI-Generated Artwork
- AI-generated illustrations are not accepted for Live2D rigging commissions.
Original Project Files
- The original Live2D working file (.cmo3) is not included with standard commissions. Ownership and transfer of the source file are available only through a separate full buyout agreement.
Payment Policy
- Payment is divided into two stages:1) Initial payment before work begins
2) Final payment before deliveryCompleted files will be delivered after the remaining balance has been fully paid.
Rush orders and queue-priority requests are available for an additional fee.- For international clients, payments are primarily accepted via PayPal. If you require an alternative payment method, please feel free to contact me for discussion.
Returning Client Discount
- Returning clients are eligible for a 10% discount. Please contact me for details and eligibility.
Pricing
- Prices listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) apply exclusively to clients residing in Malaysia.- For international clients, commissions will be quoted and invoiced in either TWD (New Taiwan Dollar) or USD (United States Dollar).
Additional Notes
- By commissioning this service, the client is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.

服務範圍
- 本服務僅包含 Live2D 建模（Rigging），不包含角色插畫繪製。- 如有從插畫到 Live2D 模型的一條龍製作需求，可協助推薦合作繪師。
檔案需求
- 委託人需提供已完成且適合 Live2D 製作的 PSD 檔案- 如有需要，我可以協助檢查分件是否適合建模，並提供調整建議；在必要情況下，也可代為與插畫師溝通分件修改事項。如需協助進行分件處理，可額外加購分件服務。- 開始製作後，若因插圖內容有重大修改需求，可能需要額外費用、延長工期，或視製作進度評估是否能夠進行調整。
插圖品質
- 委託人需自行確認提供之插圖品質與完整性。
- 建模過程中可協助處理部分細微問題，但不包含大幅度修圖、重繪或插圖結構修正等工作。
AI 生成作品
- 恕不接受 AI 生成或 AI 輔助生成之插圖作為委託素材。
工程檔
- 一般委託不包含 Live2D 原始工程檔（.cmo3）。如需取得工程檔所有權，可另外洽談買斷方案。
付款方式
- 款項分兩階段支付：1) 確認委託後支付訂金
2) 完稿交付前支付尾款- 尾款完成後，方會交付最終檔案。
如有急件、插隊或優先製作需求，將酌收額外費用。- 海外客戶主要接受 PayPal 付款。如需使用其他付款方式，歡迎事先與我聯繫討論。

- 曾委託過本人之客戶可享回流優惠。
優惠內容依當期方案為準，詳情請另行詢問。
價格說明
- 標示之馬幣（MYR）價格僅適用於馬來西亞地區客戶。
- 海外委託將以新台幣（TWD）或美元（USD）報價與結算。
其他事項
委託即代表已閱讀並同意本條款內容。
